Our hardship program is designed to cater to the need of recipients from approved, outside vetted referral resources only. If you have faced a hardship, please fill out the below application to qualify for free items.

All applications must be filled out and approved before visiting the boutique. We cannot take in walk-in applications. Please allow 7 days for the application to be approved by the board. You will be contacted by email or phone with our decision.
